All of the available winches run off of a 12V power source or 120V power source and do not run off 110V. Sounds like you are looking for a coiled adapter like part # HM47085 which will plug into the 7-way on your RV and has a 6-way on the other side which can carry the 12 volt power source needed to charge your tow vehicle that's using a supplemental braking system.
